Katie has years of experience in managing clinical and support services for ambulatory healthcare facilities.  She has specialized expertise in conducting comprehensive operational assessments across the entire acute care spectrum including extensive reviews of clinical department's productivity and operational systems to increase service effectiveness and efficiency.  Special focus is placed on compliance, coding, billing, clinical risk management and education within Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, Inpatient Hospital Facilities, Ambulatory Surgical Centers and Multi-specialty Physician Group Practices.  Katie is the president of of an independent healthcare consulting company focusing on revenue cycle management, compliance program development and implementation and compliance and coding education and training within physician group practices.  Prior to her consulting company, Katie served as a Senior Consultant with LW Consulting, Inc. and also held executive management positions at Integrated Pain Solutions, LLC and Pain Care Holdings, Inc.,located in Orlando, Florida.  Ms. White was responsible for all aspects of management and operations in these positions.  Both companies focused on the full spectrum of care for the musculoskeletal pain patient.  This included both non-invasive and the more invasive surgical treatments and both non-sugical and surgical specialties.  

Katie holds a BBA from Florida Atlantic University, MBA from University of Florida and a Masters in Health Care Law from Nova Southeastern University.  In an effort to stay current within the healthcare industry she is also a Florida Licensed Health Care Risk Manager and holds several compliance, coding, and healthcare quality certifications.  Ms. White also holds an adjunct faculty position at Palm Beach State College in the Bachelor of Applied Science/Healthcare Management degree program and the AHIMA certified Health Information Management program.

Recognized as a leader in compliance, coding, and billing; Ms. White has spoken at, and led educational seminars for such organizations as: The Coding Institute, CEU Institute, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Medical Compliance Center,  World Research Group, Health Care Compliance Association and Temple University Health System.
