Mila Vixen is the Host and Creator of Spectrum Stars, A Talent Show celebrating performers and raising autism awareness. A long time entertainer with a background in music, dance, and comedy, Mila brings warmth and energy to the stage. Inspired by her grandson who is on the Autism Spectrum. She created Spectrum Stars to give performers with Autism a place to shine.
Melissa Jade Weisman is a native New Yorker now residing in South Florida. She is a stand-up comedian, producer, and host of live comedy shows in Delray Beach.
Jason Wool - Special Guest Announcer
Jason Wool is a South Florida-based performer, comedian, and creative professional with experience in Stand-Up Comedy, Theater, Film, Television Production, Art Direction, Prop Design, Special Effects, and more.
At Spectrum Stars 2026, Jason will serve as Special Guest Announcer, helping welcome the audience, introduce our hosts and performers, announce award winners, and join us on stage for the trophy presentations.
His combination of humor, stage experience, and behind-the-scenes production knowledge makes him a wonderful addition to the Spectrum Stars Team
Tammi Lederer-Guest Speaker
a devoted mom of a five-year-old with autism who faces the challenges of everyday life with strength and love. 💙 Her story is one you won’t want to miss.
Jess Laso - Spectrum Stars Judge
Jess is a South Florida Performer who has appeared at the Miami Improv and opened for national touring acts.
Her stage experience gives her an eye for confidence, expression, and audience connection as she celebrates the dancers and talent at Spectrum Stars.
Cristy Miller - Spectrum Stars Judge
Cristy Miller brings warmth, humor, and a strong connection to the Autism Community and Spectrum Stars. Through her sister, Diana Sierra, Cristy has supported Boca School for Autism fundraisers and special events, giving her a meaningful appreciation for the courage, creativity, and individuality of those on the spectrum. As a performer herself, she understands what it takes to step onto a stage with confidence and heart. And she is honored to serve as a Spectrum Stars Judge while encouraging and celebrating every performer.
David Sabel - Spectrum Stars Judge
David Sabel is a writer and comedian living in South Florida. His work has been published in Quartz, Salon, and Vox, showcasing his sharp wit and distinctive perspective.
Beyond writing and comedy, David has performed saxophone in an Off-Broadway production and even had the memorable experience of Salsa Dancing with Kristie Alley.
David is honored to serve as Judge for Spectrum Stars 2026 and looks foreward to celebrating the creativity, courage, and talent of every performer who takes the stage.
Sarah - Spectrum Stars Judge
Sarah is a touring stand-up comedian from New York who has appeared on NBC's Last Comic Standing. She was the 2nd runner-up in New York's Funniest on STARZ and has been featured in The New York Times. We are excited to welcome her stage experience and eye for talent to the Spectrum Stars judging panel!
